Consperse Stink Bug, Euschistus conspersus
Stink bugs are members of the Pentatomidae family of the insect order Hemiptera. Hemiptera means "half wings" a reference to the fact that these insects have two sets of wings, with the front pair being leathery at the base and transparent at the tip. Pentatomidiae is a reference to the five (penta) body sections.

Stink bugs can produce a chemical with a rather unpleasant ordour which is believed to be a defence against predators.
