Prairie Onion is a plant that enjoys lots of sun in dry rocky or sandy soil often along the sides of roads and in the prairies. The pretty white flowers grow in a cluster at the end of a naked stem. It is a member of the lily family of flowers and has several common names including Textile Onion and White Wild Onion.
