Goatsbeard is a member of the Rose Family, Rosacae. It is found in parts of Asia and Europe as well as isolated parts of western and eastern North America. The flowers are white and very tiny and grow in elongated, clusters. These finger-like flower clusters are the source of its common name: Goatsbeard, but it is also called Bride’s Feathers by some people. This impressive plant grows up to 6 ft/2 m tall.
